  • We are a small residential , Deed Restricted No Soliciting Permitted Community comprised of 78 homes located in the northwestern part of Brazoria County, Alvin, TX, 77511
  • Our Homeowners Association is run by an elected Board of Directors. Any resident in good standing is eligible to serve on the Board. We are a 501 Non Profit Organization. Our Charter is registered with Brazoria County and the State of Texas.
  • Annual Assessment Dues are used to pay for the street lights, easement mowing & maintenance, subdivision insurance, and many other things too numerous to mention , all for the benefit of our community. As of the assessment year 2024 our annual assessment dues are $200.00 due and payable by May 31st of each year. Our Fiscal year runs from May to April. Invoices go out on April 30th  for payments to be received by May 31st.
  • A complete listing of any expenditures and other pertinent information is available at each biannual meeting.These documents are also available in the box placed along Brown Ave.(CR 855 A) after each meeting. You may also request in writing , an opportunity to view any documents or records you may wish.
  • If you are planning any exterior improvments to your property(shed,sunroom,room addition,etc.) remember you must submit a "Request for Improvement" form PRIOR to commencing any work. The Board has 30 (thirty) days to review your request and render a decision. See Page 3, Section 2 of your Deed Restrictionsfor specifics.
